WHY MAINTENANCE

CFC gases associated with HVAC exhaust systems and other gas emissions damage the ozone layer of the Earth’s atmospheric system and are detrimental to the environment. As well, improperly maintained HVAC units’ waste utilities can cause safety problems or break-down.

 

In contrast, properly maintained HVAC system is environment-friendly, consumes less energy, and is safe for human life and having less chances of break-downs or equipment damage.

 

In industrial ,the maintenance is applied to minimize the cost of the equipment from breakdown and maintain the equipment/system in reliable condition.
