Legal Compliance:

We shall self- regulate our HSEMS to ensure compliance with all relevant UAE HSE legislations including Zones Corp EHS Code of Practices.

Risk Management:

We shall make an effort to minimize the environmental impact and reduce operational risks to As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).

Accountability:

Line management shall be accountable for identifying and proactively managing HSE risks at work.

Awareness:

We shall aim at improving the HSE awareness & competency of our employees & subcontractors by facilitating relevant HSE trainings.

Employee Participation:

We encourage active employee participation & consultation through employee HSE committee meetings, suggestion schemes and HSE performance awards.

Continual Improvement:

We shall set targets, implement programs, review our HSE results and take necessary corrective actions for a sustainable HSE performance.

Management Review:

The management HSE steering committee shall be responsible for the effective implementation & review of this HSE policy.
